22Mohawks is partnering with Strongwater Equine Therapy in Tewksbury, MA to offer a transformative 8-week equine-assisted psychotherapy program.
Program Details:

What: Weekly 90-minute equine-assisted psychotherapy sessions with six of our equine partners.
When: Fridays, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM from March 14 to May 9, 2025.
Why: Interacting with horses provides powerful therapeutic benefits for mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Limited Spots – Lottery Selection Process
6 spots available – participants will be selected via a lottery.

Application Deadline: February 28, 2025
Drawing Date: March 2, 2025
Medical Requirement: Applicants must be willing and able to obtain a doctor’s note giving them permission to participate within 5 days of selection.

Volunteer Opportunity (Optional but Encouraged):
We encourage participants to volunteer at least 1 hour per week in the barn.
This creates a 2.5-hour weekly commitment, offering a deeper connection with the horses.
